Why does G@G push AI so much? What's in it for them?

AI has to learn speech patterns and slang and all sorts of language intricacies to try pass as human. A company somewhere is probably paying GaG for the privilege of using us for its machine learning. And as you can see, it gets things wrong often. Not recognising sarcasm or euthanisms and such.
