Would you rather play a "Tower Defense" game or a Multiplayer RPG game?

Tower Defense

Enemies are trying to attack a key point. You must defend with only towers and heroes to kill all advancing waves of enemies. There are 50 waves of enemies.

RPG

You play with allies. Each player controls one hero and you must work together to clear an epic sized map of all enemies and boss enemies.

I only play one tower defense game.
I really like multiplayer rpgs. I prever small coop as in 2-5. Mmos sometimes but I prefer smaler groups in mmos.

I'm planning on making a custom WarCraft 3 map again, so I'm just getting the feel for what anyone might want to try. I'll probably make an RPG, because the triggers are easier to do. lol. Tower Defense maps have a LOT of custom tech tree design and triggers to work out.

Both. Tower defense for a short game, RPG if I want to get into a deeper story.

in warcraft 3 mod of tower defense. this one faction had insane range towers. it was so fun to rage people with all the kill steals
