I get the frustration; some Reddit communities can feel very arrogant, cliquey, or quick to dogpile. When a site is huge, you’ll always find toxicity, bandwagon thinking, and people who act tough behind a screen.

Personally, I don’t think any one “popular website” is the worst — it’s more about specific communities and how they’re moderated. Some subs (or forums on any site) are helpful and kind; others are just ego arenas.
