Is this website using too much AI by rewording questions before posting?

Luckily it gives you the option to turn it off before typing in and submitting your question, but yes, I think it's an overreach to use AI to distort the poster's intentions.

Soon we will just have AI asking questions and altering our responses too. I realize the site has been dying a slow death but this isn't the way to solve engagement. It's helping to drive people away, if anything.

Better advertising and clearing out trolls and those who do nothing but ask explicit sexual questions will help bring back people and drive new people to join.

Disabling it does not always work.

Keeping it enabled guarantees changes but when disabled it still can modify them. Just enter something in a different language and click preview.

I've personally never experienced an issue when disabling it. Not saying it doesn't happen to others, it just hasn't happened to me.

I also dont know another language save for some very basic Spanish.

Just about everyone thought it was too much even before that. You can just turn it off though.

There's a little blue circle that says AI in it underneath where you type the question and you can just switch it off

Its extremely annoying since its making me think the users posting it are bots. Same thing with not being able to see the full version of avatars anymore so it becomes very hard to spot AI profiles.
