Is gag the best social media platform right now?

I don't think that GaG is a great social media platform. I am not aware of any other one because I am not a member of any other social media but given the direction that GaG is taking, I have the feeling that the ship is sinking at a rapid pace.

GaG administrators are not listening to its users and implements a bunch of unwanted novelties. Also, certain users are under the protection of administrators and are untouchable. I know of at least 2 of them that benefit from this protection.

No, GaG is definitely on the list of those social media platform that need to be shut down because a great number of users are either spammers or trolls and that pornography and politics are the main topics for those trolls and spammers.

This site has become rubbish since about 2 years now.

And like @SueShe said, certain users are being protected by the admins, and most of them are anons who are abusing the "no replies" option, and you can't block them or hide their nonsense.

Most users agree if you wish to post anonymously, all such options should NOT be available.

It probably would be if the site had a higher-quality and more diverse user base. The idea is good, but the platform's implementation and infrastructure are terrible.

Yeah. Not cause gag is great but cause everything else is filled with annoying advertisements, bots and hatefull discussions. So gag isn't the best by being great but by everything else turning to garbage.

MySpace was different You could follow a strangers and talk to them and get to know them better but on Facebook if they don’t know you from school and if you’re not a relative, you can forget about it. Yeah, MySpace is gone. But I like it better because you can actually play music so when people go to your profile they could hear it. I like the Facebook sports updates and other stuff and Reels
