No, I hate when people leave, makes G@G less productive. Have you tired using incognito mode to access G@G? Have you tried a different browser? Do you haven an ad blocker installed? I've noticed without an adblocker, G@G is sorta slow until I log in. If the issues is resolved in incognito mode, then you need to clear your browser cache. Sometimes a browser issues can cause performance issue and can me limited to a particular site. I have an 8 core R5 with 16gb of ram and a 6 core R7 with 32gb of ram and experience no performance issues once logged in, even when booting from a mechanical hard drive.

Firefox itself uses more processor than chrome and edge generally, although I used to use it exclusively a while back because I was running a lot of scripts and extensions. It's really good at that. I believe what you say but it's a bit strange that a forum site such as GaG would be the culprit?

i10 with 32GiB RAM and 20 cores. It doesn't affect much but makes the fan run. There's no reason for it.

Intel processors have been ass for years that's probably why your PC is cooked. They degrade because intel got lazy and they suck at making chips now. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Intel again.

I use FF without any processor load problems (3-5%). But I have adblocked all AI elements.

It's not FF, it's GAG. I know how to monitor system usage. FF even has a feature to do so for itself: Shift-Esc.
