How can I stop a stalker from hacking and deleting photos from my phone?

this girl has been stalking me for years and some how she has hacked my phone where she goes in my gallery and can deleted photos out my phone. I know its her because I've screenshotted her twitted page and some of the things she has said and now they are gone from her page
