Has anyone else faced years of severe cyberstalking and harassment?

I've been a victim of these crimes:

- Cellphone & landline phone (VoIP) eavesdropping
- Hacking (cyber-stalking, cyber-spying, cyber-harassment, cellphone hacking, internet connection interference, illegal access to my files, jamming and slowing down my connection, illegal access to my email, malicious modification of some of my programs via backdoor, computer sabotage/vandalism etc)
- Illegal surveillance, stalking, spying (physical - via their friends), slander, gossip and spreading rumors about me (by using WhatsApp, Viber, Windows Messanger and similar apps).
- Spying on my apartment (including eavesdropping by two of my neighbors, and video recording of my apartment from the building across the street)
- Illegal recording (photo, audio, video)
- Doxxing
- Social engineering
- Jamming my TV signal

None of these crimes were committed for financial gain, but out of pure malice, spitefulness, and insidiousness, by the group of very malicious people.
They started several years ago, and they are still doing it... Considering I live in a very corrupted country (Croatia) - those cyber-criminals are still completely unpunished.

Those crimes are mostly not physical, but they are still among the worse types of crimes, and in lousy countries like mine, nobody is doing anything to stop those cyber-criminals.

Most of all, I would like to emigrate to another country...
