Women that are super easy to fuck. Men that are violent.. a higher percentage than other ethnic groups to be involved in gang banging... pho.. nail shops... men who drive drunk and are into gambling.. Ao Dai.. high percentage of prostitutes compared to other ethnic groups... "lower class Chinese people" meaning social status lower than Chinese (Chinese are lower status than Korean, and Koreans are lower status than Japanese) .. so Vietnamese are like the lower class of East Asians...
Well I grew up during the Vietnam War, and was the last year to sign up for the draft from that era. I grew up seeing the body count on the news every day. I grew up with all the other images surrounding it. It had a big influence on me that still persists. So it's kinda hard not to think of that.
I do think of other things, but the war is the reason I have such a strong memory and image of the place.
I think of the many Vietnamese friends I had when I was in school. I think of the Vietnam war, and the activism surrounding it. I think of how beautiful a country it is. I hope they are able to get rid of communism.
The war that Trump chicken out
Besides that, it is very tropical and they speak French there
To be fair on Trump's part (for once), I would "chicken out" on a war too.

I think of my former fiancee, I think of the fishy smell in the market, of smiling faces when I walked down the streets of Kontum, of Pho (which didn't taste as good as here in America), and of some squiggly bop language. I've been there by the way, if such was not apparent.
Beautiful country,
Most amazing food in the world - it’s my favourite.
Country with the most mopeds I have ever seen in my life.
Place that America is sadly still fucking up real bad to this day due to the war
The war in Vietnam, first of all. Additionally, I also recall seeing beautiful rice paddies, experiencing a pleasant boat ride on the Mekong River and buying interesting Vietnamese arts & crafts.
First thing? My college buddy's mom's cooking... holy christ. She was a culinary angel. Every time I was over there she would fatten me up like it was her job. Couldn't speak any English but showed her love with food. Amazing. God bless Vietnam.
