Overrated and underrated tourist destinations?

This is meant to be a fun, lighthearted question based off of a discussion I was having last night.
In your opinion, what are some overrated tourist destinations? Even if you've never been there, what are places that, to you, don't seem worth the trip?
What about some underrated tourist destinations? Hidden gems that most people don't seem to visit or a random place you discovered that you would like to visit.

London, NYC, Las Vegas, LA are all overrated.

Pretty much most European cities outside the national capitals are underrated.

Overrated: Virginia Beach. Its nice but fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck driving anywhere.

Underrated: Luray Caverns in Luray, VA, and the Point Pleasant, WV Mothman Museum.
