My boyfriend and I love the beach and have been going every week or so this month. We recently started thinking about trying a nude beach. I'm pretty uptight and modest so this is really out of my element, but I'm hoping it can help me accept my body for what it is and perhaps give me more confidence. What can I expect and what can I do to make myself more comfortable with it?
