I voted yes, because I've known girls who've gone there, and they treat it kind of like a hall pass, except without the pass. It's just a magical place where rules don't apply.
It is, afterall, "sin city."
But guys are the same, but I haven't heard those stories first hand. Maybe what happens stays there, but I think the guilt comes back home with you.

When you are in the hotels, casinos, strip clubs, pretty much any where you are on video. Gauranteed! Between that and social media very little actually stays in Vegas.
