Aside from the probes we already send, Mars is currently the only possibility as far as sending people is concerned. All other planets are either too far away or have conditions that a human can't survive. There is the occasional moon here and there that may be feasible. The bad news is anything outside of our solar system will not be reachable anytime soon. The distances are ridiculous. Just getting to the closest solar system would take something like 80,000 years with our current capabilities. A slight improvement in technology could shave a few thousand years off that number but it wouldn't really matter.
With present technology, it would take about 40,000 years (and half that, even if we could double the velocity of Voyager I and II) to travel to the nearest star. Therefore, at this time, it is not possible for humans to visit planets outside our solar system. It is not possible for humans to visit Mercury or Venus. Those are way too hot.
It is not possible for humans to visit the gas planets Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, or Neptune because they are gas and even if they had a solid surface, the gravity is too great. However, it may be possible to visit some of their moons.
Also, since 2006, Pluto is not defined as a planet. That leaves Mars and we have the technology for humans to land and walk on Mars. However, the atmospheric pressure is less than 0.2 psi. Therefore, just like on the moon humans would have to be inside of spacesuits or inside a pressurized container.
Depends on what you mean by "possible" and "visit". Could we land on mars right now? No, we haven't yet developed technology for it.. or maybe ran numbers intensively. Could we do it in 5-10-40 years? Yeah. Also we could probably "visit" planets right now if you're talking about orbiting them.
Yes, of course. We'll probably have a colony on Luna and Mars in the next 50 years. It'll be a long time until it's reasonably safe or fast though. And we probably won't have humans visiting anything beyond Mars for a very long time.

Is it possible now? No. No person from Earth has visited another planet.
Eventually, we will develop interplanetary travel and that will later open to tourism, but I doubt it will happen in my lifetime.
You can visit but you can't stay. Some planets have harsh environments while others are just barren.
Yes, it is like going to the moon only with more bathroom stops.
Within our solar system yes. Beyond that, it will take a rather large technical step forward
Eventually yes, probably have people on Mars in a few years but not every planet can be visited because of the environment or gravity
@jason0808 It would have to take technological discoveries that allow spacecraft to travel beyond the speed of light.
Eventually it might become possible, but it will take a paradigm shift in rethinking modes of travel.
We can get to Mars, almost certainly. But we probably won't make it back, and I have my doubts about going further than that.
with technology, we can in time hopefully get there.
it would be good for us to try to visit other planets and see what is out there.
Possible but with a dead body
Possible, but not practical, and not right now.
Yes, we should be able to do so
Yes. Our technology is advanced enough
