Do all drivers make mistakes?

Today I made a mistake and I always get angry at myself, after a driving mistake because I know it can cause an accident.

I pulled out of a junction at a bad time so heard a loud long horn noise!

I knew I'd made an error but I couldn't stop in the middle of the road so I put my foot down to get out of the way of the car on the main road.

He pipped at me as I passed him on the other side of the road.

It's the first bad judgement call at a give way since I passed my test.

Do a lot of drivers make errors or are most people error free?

If you have ever made a mistake how do you put it out of your mind, or are you like me 🤣 do you remember near misses for a long time?

Everyone makes mistakes! I pulled out of a junction on a main road once because I thought there was nothing coming but there was a dip in the road and there was actually a car really close to me. They beeped at me for ages and I panicked and tried to get across the road and I still remember it really clearly haha, but it’s totally normal and happens to everyone at some point

That's a relief it shuck me up as this driver was absolutely fuming. I would of got it if he'd smashed into me but he'd stopped he was on the horn and he was giving me both barrels. I am sure I will forget about it but I haven't been pipped at for years so it was a scary experience. I can honestly say I have never used my horn in the 4 years I've been driving. I’ve never used my horn either! It is scary when these things happen, but don’t get too down about it!
