I mean in terms of healthcare and social attitudes, Canada is usually a good place that gets a lot of UK expats, though limited beaches and sun (a lot of coastline but mostly similar or further north than the UK, but some on the same line as the Mediterranean) but a lot of very beautiful scenery, lakes and even glaciers if you go north enough. Other than that, probably Germany in terms of overall climate or for beaches, the south of France is always popular.

From the standpoint of an American tourist, it seemed to me that half of Spain was made up of British expats.
Australia? I know quite a few from London who moved. It's pretty calm there.
