I live in North Carolina. I'm thinking about moving to Florida or New York in a few years. So I was wondering what is hotter North Carolina or Florida. I think it's obvious that Florida is hotter but I still wanted to know people's opinions.

Can you find $2,000 Apartments down there, in decent condition. I saw online where they Said a 2 BR 3000$ place both people should make at least 60 k a year. I think a 3000 place would be better than nice

Not quite certain about NC but I can tell you with confidence and experience that South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee are all hotter than Florida. Especially the further inland you go, there is just no relief. In Florida you at least benefit from the ocean and Gulf breezes. The are a few exceptions like Alligator Alley or smack dab in the Everglades but that’s about it.

Florida is hotter. I wouldn't move to NY for a decade or so, if I were you though. That city has really gone to shit.
