Anything I should know to buy marihuana on a holiday in the Netherlands?

I’m visiting Amsterdam in November. Do I need some sort of licence or documents that prove me, or whatever to buy the holy herb?
Is it really expensive? I have like €25, buy might be able to borrow some dough from my sister.

I believe there are hash bars where you can sit and freely smoke all you want. Don't try to bring any home, however; as you can bet US Customs has their dogs sniffing bags from the Amsterdam.

I ain’t allowed to get a job. My folks would hate it to see me rich. I’m disabled, autistic, schizo, and have OCD, TBI, and PTSD. I might get a little grass for €25.

Maybe check and see if it is illegal first as some countries it is illegal
