When people travel in long distance flight?

They eat and drink.. when that converts into poop does the weight on the flight increases / decreases or remains same?

I wonder if the loss in personal weight, when deposited in plane ✈️ restroom actually changes weight⁉️ I imagine the eventual form change or air release does lower overall weight. And if so, allows for the refill with food and liquor…and there being no significant difference from takeoff to landing 🤷🏻‍♂️

The weight would stay basically the same, it was just transferred from food to poop. Lol.
