Of the two states listed, where would you rather live?

Both are terrible. California is the last state in the US I'd ever want to live in, and Washington has the city that literally became Mad Max and Escape from New York in the Summer of 2020. Don't think everyone forgot about CHOP/CHAZ. And the state between, Oregon, them has Portland, which is equally as bad.

The entire West Coast sucks (besides maybe San Diego), but Washington still isn't managed as poorly as California is.

Honestly, I remember being a little kid. I wanted to move to one of those states and become the most stereotypical person from those states, thinking that the states on the west coast, especially those two, were peak American culture.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of either states at all anymore but if I had to pick, I'd say California.
