Imagine how they manage their cooks and food supply. I mean, people there should run away. If you have a reservation, better cancel it.

Well the report says nothing on how they really did it, so dont sound like its too creative, more that they may have bribe a staff memmber or something, so very much a crimnal, the creative part unknown

it's not as bad as those whom put slaves/prostitutes in rooms for their whole lives that stay there for long time servicing clients. That's slavery, but yea... you'd think they'd be the wiser.
It is unclear how he did this. I never had a deal like that. In America all you have to do is walk through the open southern border and you will get put up in a hotel for as long as you want alll on the taxpayers dime.

I did, the people in the adjacent room kept everyone up most of the night and the owners kicked them out the next day. I got a free night's stay the next morning. I was exhausted though.
