Both equally, I get a sense of peace from both. I can spend hours on a beach watching and listening to the ocean but I only get there about once a year. A twenty minute drive and I can get lost in the woods, and when I just need to breath I find myself in the hills, there is serenity in the quiet. Listening to nature and feeling nature. It is grounding and brings me into the present! Gets me out of my head!

If I was looking for a relaxing vacation, probably a beach that wasn't super crowded and I could hang out in the shade. A walk in the wilderness later would be a nice way to get some exercise.
