Which cities are glamorous?

I saw on YouTube several videos about Bangkok and it strikes to me as a pretty glamorous city. Definitely on my bucket list.

I believe Miami might have some glamour to it being a developed beach city. I've only seen it from the movie Scarface but I am pretty sure it looks and feels glamorous

Seoul I believe definitely deserves a spot among being a pretty glamorous city.

Bangkok is absolutely not glamorous. Many cities have an impressive skyline, especially illuminated at night. But at closer look there is trash, graffiti and tin shacks.

Literally almost every city has trash and graffiti and a low life district.
