@Amy10223 I am sure they are as long as days are longer than nights. I went there in summers and loved the place, loved the vibe. On our rode back the airport, the cab driver told us what happens when the winters set in. I found nothing happy about that. Perhaps they are happy on winters because they are staying indoors drunk all the time and cut off from reality.
