If you could visit any country in the world where would you choose?

I like Spain but I don't know if I can handle the heat cause I had difficulty with that in my 20s and now in my 30s I think my heat tolerance is even lower then it was back then. But Spain had the best food, the best museums, the best sites, and the best flamenco performances. Maybe if I revisit Spain I will go when their winter comes around, if they have winters in Spain.
