Oregon without hesitation. The major population center is Portland, just a little over an hour from the Pacific Ocean, and the other direction is just a little over an hour from some of the best snow skiing. And the Columbia River Gorge has lots of waterfalls and hiking. Wind surfing at Hood River. And the weather is moderate, very seldom too hot or too cold.
tough call, while I love the scenery oin Oregon, thier current state of politics and how they are letting things turn to crap would keep me from picking that, and Minnesota has nice areas you could freeze your nibblets off in the winter depending where you are, so for me that is the same as I have now, so I probably go to Oregon and live in a small town where some semblance of common sense exists.
Oregon! But I am biased because I was born in Oregon and have lived here for all of my 47 years on this planet. I don't think I would prefer to live anywhere else, Oregon is my home.
I live in WA right above you

Its a tossup. I guess since Oragon is on the Pacific Ocean I go with that.
Oh man…. beautiful country in both. For hockey purposes, I’ll go with Minnesota. Plenty of rinks to skate at up there, I’m sure the beer league scene is thriving.
Oregon has a great beer scene. Also coffee and weed
I didn’t even consider the weed. I must be slippin’😂
If I absolutely had to choose between those two, maybe Oregon?
Minnesota. Love the people there, they have bigger hearts ❤️
When Mt Hood erupts, Oregon will be no more. I'll take Minnesota.
In the past 2,000 years, Mount Hood has experienced three eruptive periods: the Timberline period, just over 1,500 years ago; the Zigzag period, about 600 years ago; and the Old Maid period, between the 1760s and the early 1800s. Yet Oregon is still here and beautiful. So much for your Oregon no more theory.
@Red_Arrow But how many people lived in Oregon at each of those periods? Portland would be devastated.
Wrong. If Mt Hood erupted, Portland could be affected by light ashfalls similar to those experienced during the 1980 eruptions of Mt. St. Helens, according to the US Geological survey. That eruption deposited ash in eleven U. S. states, but only caused 51 deaths. Not even close to devastating the area around it.
Oregon. But not Portland, that's a mess right now. Maybe Corvallis or Bend.
Agree. Portland is gross
I'm a distance runner, so obviously Oregon
Florida. You all are TOO cold.
Florida sucks. Humidity, bugs, and old people
Oregon. strictly by population density.
Both wr beautiful except for the people.
I was raised in greater Atlanta area. Georgia sucks
Oregon. Some super nice areas in the East.
