Sorry folks, I live in gloriously multicultural/multiethnic/multilingual Montreal, and there is nothing remotely French about this place. Not that there ever was... despite what the CAQ will tell you.

Obviously the most French cities are gonna be inside France. But French are adament about preserving their culture, so pretty much any city outside of France with a majority ethnic French population will feel French. But New Orleans and Montreal are too multi-racial, like you said. I heard St. Pierre and Miquelon and Gustavia are very French.
no, not even close. If you want to hear Cajun french: head into the bayou. There's not even a lot of french restaurants in NOLA

New Orleans was once a great city to visit but now it is entirely UNSAFE.
