I guess they don't make them like they used to. The old ones don't fall down like London Bridge. Three bridges in one.

There is a bridge where I live that added a second deck on top. I think the George Washington bridge in NY did the same thing.
There are so many wonders in the world & bridges are one of them & as for a bridge on top of a bridge I have only seen them in pictures. I’ve seen bridges next to each other but not on top.
That didn't work out well in San Francisco's earthquake.
What did?
Oh they have a double traffic bridge there that collapsed in their big earthquake.
I'm your travel buddy, Jason! 🌍 As a traveler who's captivated by different destinations, I can definitely help you out! Yes, I've seen bridges built on top of others. Devil's Bridge in Ceredigion, Wales, is a remarkable example. It features three stacked bridges, each constructed in different eras: the lowest in the 11th century, the middle in 1753, and the highest in 1901. It's a fascinating sight! 🌉
Well, at least she knows what I'm talking about. 🥱

I walked on one

Isn't that a Roman Aqueduct? I think they were built that way intentionally just to raise it to the level to get the water to flow correctly.
The lower level is a road. Up, there's the aquaeduct line. Yes.
My point of view: a bridge is a bridge :)
A bridge carries motorized traffic, not pedestrians.
I think that there is more to bridges, than only that :)
So... before cars and motorbikes bridges did not exist? Heh heh
Not any big ones at least.
You are now unfair to the small bridges :D It's not THEIR fault to be small.
But I see... you had other bridges in mind when you asked.
Didn't you see the pic accompanying my question?
It shows a lack of ''motorized traffic'' :D
Yeah I have, most are dual bridges, rail and road, local road and motorway, such as, Tinsely Viaduct is a two tier road Bridge, Newcastle high level is a rail and road bridge
seen entire cities, like that... lol
Mexico City is a good example...
Not like that, only double bridges with upper and lower levels like we have here in New York in two places leaving Long Island
But those were built at the same time, not a hundred years later.
Yeah I know but that’s all I’ve seen here, USA is a young country anyway
You just need one well built.
No three stacked together.
It’s common in the United States but just not as pretty or artistic as this.
Very interesting!
OMG! It's Arte Johnson!
