I went to several ENT doctors in Nîmes, Montpellier, Avignon ( all towns in the South of france) and they told me that a rhinoplasty/nosejob can only be done under general anesthetic whereas in the USA and in Paris it's possible to get it done not only under general anesthetic but also under partial anesthetic and local anesthetic ( with or without sedation)

I've contacted several estheticiens ( eyebrow specialists) around 50 of them in several towns in the south of france ( valence, montelimar, avignon, nimes, montpellier, aix, cavaillon, salon de provence, st remy de provence, marseille, toulon) and asked them for "slit eyebrows" yet none of them knew how to do it! Infact they told me they've nver done it before. So that just shows France ( specifically the south of france) is undervelopped and less advanced than Paris and other countries such as the USA, the UK and Canada

NOt to mention otoplasty surgeons who don't know how to do an otoplasty. I've gone to seen several and they told me they were being honesst and admitted they didn't know how to do otoplasties on adults only on kids! And that an otoplasty can only be done under general anesthetic whereas in the USA ( whether it's in NYC, Boston, Seattle or Chicago) it can be done under 3 different anesthetics not just general anesthetic but also partial anesthetic and local anesthetic ( with or without sedation). I read several American articles online confirming this.

Also half of French drivers and French cars drive a manual gearbox. I've never seen anyone in America drive a manual gearbox. Most American cars are automatic gearboxs ( or semi automatic)

So this shows the French ( in the SOuth of France) are living in the stone age compared to Americans/Canadians LMAO😄

I mean denser places generally tend to have a wider availability of technology or niche services more or less because they're denser.

Ex. Say you'd need to be able to sell 100 people a year a specific service for it to be worth having the training and equipment around to provide that service in the first place. Now say only 1% of the population would want/need that service. A population of 1,000 over a given geographic range means only 10 people would ask for the service in that location, where a population of 1,000,000 means that 10000 people would ask for that service.

You need to spend more time in southern France to get a more accurate picture- it is a lot more pleasant to live there than Paris (an overrated place if there ever was one, along with New York City).

And manuals are standard in Europe, even the wealthiest parts of the continent.

But in a busy city that sa e gas station will see constant activity from consumers. So, it is a more profitable idea to put the gas station in a city. But since this has been going on for a while, the competition among gas stations and the attraction of people who want to be gas station owners have resulted in better quality gas stations overall in cities. Only after the tried and tested gas stations of top quality are being built and maintained as efficiently as possible can it become profitable to expand to less populated areas.

This is true of every service industry.
