Which city in America would you like to live in? I think they are all bad.

There are many wonderful cities in the United States, you just need to travel more.
And so it's hard for me to answer this question since I haven't even been to all 50 states.

That said, in a way, I don't want to live in any of them.
The cities with good weather and other great factors are located in places where the people are... well, their in red states or other fucked up states.
But those where I'd like to live have real winters and I don't want that anymore.

I lived in the Capital District of NY for about 30 years. In many ways, it was still my favorite place and I'd move back if I could, but I also have a lot of memories there that I don't want to be reminded of. And the winters are like 9 months long. I'm 61 and I've had enough snowstorms with 2-feet of snow. Indeed, 37 years ago today, on 04 OCT 1987, we had such a storm. It killed zillions of trees which still had leaves on them. Power was out for a long time in some places - for me, over a week. And all that goddamn snow melted by the next day.

I am not interested in living in the United States, but if I had to, I guess it would be in small-town New England area or small-town California/Oregon.

I prefer to moved further away from a city, especially a major metropolis.  If I have to settle, I'd consider Honolulu or Kahului.
