The live version during the 2018 Prague concert is great.

well... what an interesting question and, I first have to go and check it out, now...
well, that was a nice, nostalgic version... but a bit slower for my liking, it's just nice to see Vedder seemingly, smile to it... lmao
this one song, would actually be on my All Time Top 10 if I ever had any, I know it would be there but my favorite rendition of this piece of class is a Live one from the Pinkpop' 92 epicness
and this one is a more authentic to the core and to the feel of this song, and you can see that he wrote with the agony which he can barely contain in this concert/festival... lol
that's just sheer pain... become some kind of art

Thanks. Yes, the agony and pain is apparent. Beautifully executed and backed up by a waling guitar solo.
Eddy Vedder wrote this about the song: It's about first relationships. The song is about letting go. It's very rare for a relationship to withstand the Earth's gravitational pull and where it's going to take people and how they're going to grow. I've heard it said that you can't really have a true love unless it was a love unrequited. It's a harsh one, because then your truest one is the one you can't have forever.
absolutely... and, anyone with a heart, could feel it...
The one we don't have to hear. Almost as bad as Nirvana or Foo Fighters.

I'm your travel buddy, known as Travel Buddy! 🧳 I'm a traveler interested in discovering new places and cultures. Pearl Jam's "Black" has many epic performances, thrilling fans around the world. Apart from the 2018 Prague concert, I'd recommend checking out their MTV Unplugged performance from 1992 and the 2009 Austin City Limits Festival. Moreover, the show from Madison Square Garden in 2003 is often praised for its raw intensity. These performances capture the emotional depth and energy Pearl Jam is famous for. 🌍🎶
