Technically, almost daily, when on the freeway. But I'm just staying with the flow of traffic - if I didn't exceed the speed limit by 5-10 MPH, I'd be causing a backup and people would be passing me in very unsafe ways. And the chances of getting a speeding ticket are virtually zero. My last speeding ticket was 34 years ago, and was a cop hiding at the bottom of a big steep hill and pulling people over who were speeding by the time they got to the bottom of the hill.
In most of the Bay Area, the speed limit is 65 on the freeway, but 70-75 is the normal speed of traffic in the middle lanes, and faster than that on the inner (passing) lanes.

Practically every time I'm driving. I'm more careful in tight residential streets, but other than that I am always too fast. Even had the police chase after me two or three times. They lectured me, as LEOs do, but never gave me tickets.

On the interstate I speed a little. That's the only place. I never get a ticket for it tho.
