Where to stay in London for the first time?

My fiancé and I are planning our Honeymoon for June of this year. We will be starting off our trip in London to go to Beyoncé's concert. She will be performing at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This will be my first time in Europe. I have no idea where to stay. We are mostly just going to London for the concert. Then heading to Paris and Italy to finish our Honeymoon. We will be in London for four days. Where is a good place to stay? We would like to do things like visit Buckingham palace, AIRE ancient baths Spa, Warner Bros studio. Eat some good fish and chips. Nothing too crazy, but like normal tourist attractions. What area should we stay in? From what I researched thus far, the stadium area is not the best place to stay. So I am now just wondering what areas to look in, where we can easily get to different attractions by foot or public transportation. Also are hotels or airbnbs better for Europe? Also open to hearing tips for visiting France and Italy. Thank you!

Sorry, I failed to mention we are looking for something on the affordable side. We would like to spend the least amount of time at our hotels. We will probably do a fancier hotel in Italy and London, but just looking for something affordable, and comfortable for the London trip. We want to be out exploring as much as possible.

Italy does have nice hotels The thing is every hotel in London is pretty much expensive unless you’re staying in some dump.
