Air Conditioner.

I love it. Since I live in a very hot humid city. It is so necessary.

I think that the refrigerator is. I know it is old tech but it serves a very important function. The flush toilet is a close second.

My favorite is our automatic window blinds. Programmed with an app on your phone, they automatically open in the morning and close at night. And the rechargeable battery lasts for years before needing a charge.
