Answer. Ireland (15's, a type of fridge cake) England (Staffordshire oatcakes) Wales (an oggie, basically a big pasty) Scotland ( Cullen skink, a fish soup similar to chowder)

I think you got it right by accident! Cornish Pasties are English (well, Cornish). I have no idea about the others.

It's not a cornish pasty, but they are sold under the cornish word for pasty just to confuse things
