I had pork-back ribs on the smoker for 6 hours. They should be fall of the bone ready in about 1 hour. Through on a baked potato, dug it out and mixed the inner potato with cheese and chives. Plan on dolloping with sour cream and a little seasoning salt. Ribs have my own rub recipe and homemade apple butter bbq sauce. I made pecan pie last night, small piece with a little vanilla ice cream.
