Sunday is my fasting day, so i won't be eating tonight.

PS I do intermittent fasting, but could never fast and not eat at the end of a day. I have gone 26 hrs the most.

Ugh. I LOVE intermittent fasting!
My body felt so much better after I started it. I do 20 daily with either two 24 hour fasts a week or ine 48 hour fast.
The most I've done was 4 days and it was terrible. Never again.
What benefits have you noticed when you started?

Lots of benefits. I did lose 21 lbs although my real purpose was to lower A1C levels for sugar, and got them down to almost normal. My mind was sharper, so memory was great. I could focus more and had more energy. I was just quicker with all. Skin even got smoother.
I wish I could do a 24 hr one again. But I did feel weak when I did the 26 hr one by accident.
What made you fast longer? How did you feel?

PS I even remember dreams to the last detail. One mod the great Greek philosophers had his students fast before attending his classes, because it made their minds better able to think. Amazing.

That's amazing.
My benefits with being focused, memory, and clear minded were the same. Literally makes your skin glow 🤗
Whenever I eat its just a 4 hour window. So instead of eating after work I'll keep myself busy and just head straight to bed. I don't eat at work so the next time I eat makes it a easy 48 hour fast. 72 hours is when i start to get a little shakey and I only do that if I ate like complete shit prior. Fasting made me realize how much time in the day i actually have since im not cooking or sitting down eating.

I've heard that! I started fasting about 4 years ago. Prior to that i would doze off during meetings. Once i started i was a lot more alert and didn't fall asleep anymore

I need to go back. I had been fasting since about 2018 or just before (Huly of 2017) and felt so healthy, by doctor was pleased with the AC1 levels and weight loss. However, during the pandemic I was so bored, all I could do was cook and bake. I gained the weight back. I also moved in the process so things have been bad because I dont know anyone here but my own children. I have been having breakfast and when I do, I continue eating throughout the day. So wish me luck as I go back as of TODAY. I won't eat unitl about 1:30 pm, that's what i was used to.
