Me: Grassfed meat for a sandwich and chicken noodle soup. With hawaian juice. Gonna have grilled cheese and beans later.

Dinner last night was angel hair pasta with homemade meat sauce, garlic bread, and a Caesar salad. Tonight is McDonald's -- my daughter's chorus concert is tonight so we're taking her out after.

Chicken, with or without bones, marinated in yoghurt and spices, cooked over charcoal on skewers. Its quite spicy and orange in colour. Often served with onions/salad and raita/mint chutney (yoghurt based sauces). Many consume it with bread.
