I don't know that I have a "favorite" per se; they all have their pros & cons, just like any other country.

That being said, though, I've always had a fondness for Greek history and mythology, so if I had to pick one, it would have to be Greece.

I think I'll go with Romania. I've been to some, not all, of these countries. Can't go bad with Dracula's home, and people that speak a Latin language.

@avery58 : ... You genuinely couldn't have picked a worse example. It has nothing to do with "south" any more. Anyone who eats fried chicken should be killed immediately. Anyone who cooks and / or sells fried chicken should be ~tortured to death~. Anyone who promotes or claims to like fried chicken should be executed for their heresy. It is UNFORGIVABLE.
So don't ask a question like that again. Even the idea that I might respond with anything other than absolute outrage is frankly absurd.
