I was thinking about this last night. Officially AFRICA has the most cultures, but I always thought ASIA offered the most cultural variety, but I was thinking last night, it might be North America. Maybe it depends what you like, but I see if you like experiencing other cultures, North America isn't a bad place to live at all, because we have so many cultures in such a small area. And I was thinking about all the current and upcoming issues in Europe.
But in North America, you have Americana culture in the U. S. We have Latin America with Hispanic and Mestizo culture. We have indigenous culture. Even for true primative tribes, we have Panama. We have Inuit culture in Alaska, Canada and Greenland. I can even include Polynesian with Hawaii, since it's a state. For Hindu and Islamic culture, you can go to Trinidad. On many Caribbean islands we have Creole culture. Voodoo in Haiti. If you want European culture, we have British, Dutch and French islands. And with Greenland, we have a Nordic culture too. And the French territories are VERY French. We also have French culture in Louisiania. Basque culture on St. Pierre and Miquelon. And if you wanna get technical, we have Oriental, South Asian and Middle Eastern culture in the U. S. and Canada.
Asia also has a lot, but Asia has pretty much lost all its European colonies. Africa and Oceania have a few, but North America has more and they're more accessible and more interesting. North America has the most actually. In fact, the Caribbean has more colonized islands than soveirgn ones.
I was thinking back on my MyTake, "I Visited France, Without Going To Europe". And I was thinking, should something happened that I can no longer visit Europe, I can just go to one of the European islands in North America, if I miss Europe.
And Asian stuff, I've seen so much of in the US and Canada, I don't know if it's even worth going to Asia. I don't know, what do you guys think?
