South Africa. They've literally implemented laws limited the number of White people that companies can hire, and if you're White and own a farm, the government will sieze your land and give it to black people, and you can also be killed and raped in the country just for being White. They have people in their government who literally promote violence against White people.

China. they are all Chinese, don't let in anyone else to become "China". It's all about "Chinese". There will never be a German/Italian or African leader of China... Ever!

There's other countries like that, but they are largest.

That said, I've found Chinese very accepting.

I would say all countries have racist people and the least racist countries are multi cultural countries like Canada or Brazil.
