My wife and I spent a few days I Turkiye a few years ago, Istanbul and Cappadocia. We had a great time. Beautiful mosques and a ride on the Bosphorus at Istanbul, fantastic scenery and a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. And great food everywhere.
