Yes. But not every cosmetic surgeries are botched like this: Some cosmetic surgeries are actually successful and very well done, but it's still something I wouldn't recommend. In addition to the price, risk of complication etc. it change their natural appearance and for me it's cheating. Your entire face can change. Before: After:

This is huge mistake that mainly female celebrities make.
Some males also make the mistake, for example, Mickey Rourke, who has been transformed into a walking freak show.
Actresses hit the wall during their 30s and try to scrape a few more years out of their careers. If they had invested their earnings that would not be necessary.

Yes, most of them do. It's really sad, coz the majority of them would age well and still look good for their age. Instead , they look abnormal and weird

Priscilla Presley was naturally beautiful, and she'd have still looked beautiful if she didn't have all that botched plastic surgery

Some celebrities do, because after they're done with one operation, they felt that something is missing and undergoes the knife once more and it will repeat on and on, until it become a mess.

personally I have ZERO respect for someone that chooses surgery to modify them selves. things like breast enhancement, plastic surgery, and other surgical body modification are just simply disgusting to me. basically on the same level as self mutilation.
