That's good dark humor. Really the only way for cops to fight against the image against them would be to strike or transfer out. His reach from that video compared to just Lebron, much less other figures is non-existent.

Only issue is most government jobs you have to sign a waiver that you won't get involved in politics or you can be fired. It's enforced arbitrarily, but is there. I don't see how you could be a cop in a city right now, everyone is against you, nothing you do is right. The pay isn't stupendous or anything, and in his case, for saying in a polite but sarcastic way what's on many people's minds (common sense), he'll probably face disciplinary action or be fired.
