Far more people die from obesity than from guns. So should forks be taxed and confiscated for noncompliance? Aren't forks WMD?

As I said 8 days ago, when you posted this exact same question (I have screenshot to prove it), people who eat to much only hurt themselves, and the effects can be reversed with exercise and a diet; people who shoot guns hurt, and possibly kill, other people, the last of which cannot be reversed in any way.
I don't see how your statement is supposed to help your point.
Ban cars. More people die in car accidents every year than are killed with guns. 4 million people die or are seriously injured in car accidents every year.
And while we are at it put your money where your mouth is and GIVE UP YOUR CAR!
people who DRIVE CARS hurt, and possibly kill, other people, the last of which cannot be reversed in any way.
People study and do driving exams, and get driving license in order to drive a car. And they have to follow the driving laws or they get their license revoked and are fined.
When there is a driving accident (I repeat, ACCIDENT), normally only 2-3 people are involved, but the number can be moderately higher, and only if the accident is important there are dead, normally the affected being wounded.
With guns none of that happens: there is really no control nor actual laws, and the "accidents" (to say it lightly) are hate and ignorance based, and they KILL people. Kids go with frigging semiautomatics to highschools to kill their classmates! How the big F are unstable kids allowed to get semiautomatics?
Do not compare guns with anything, because guns lose ALWAYS.
Not forks, but i do agree with the sugar tax the UK has put into place. Make the unhealthy stuff more expansive and the healthy stuff more affordable.
Disgusting. Government has no business making decisions like that. It is none of their business what I eat and to impede on my freedom like that is an authoritarian disgrace.
@RingOfFire sugar is the most addictive substance on the planet, it would make sense that to curve the obesity rate as you so want to happen by asking this question, a sugar tax is the way to go. Its not authoritarian if you're still able to buy it.
Of course it is authoritarian. Anything that impedes an individual's right to eat whatever they choose to eat whether it is wheatgrass shots or rat poison is an immoral impediment to their freedom. It's none of the government's business what you choose to eat. Government is not my parents. They have no legitimate say in the issue.

They will lose this in the supreme court because they are attempting to infringe on a constitutional right
More like we should ban fast food
We need to ban retarded liberals,, but I digress…
