What makes a mature person immature?

Reason 1. Tell me something I don't know! Kind of behavior.

Immaturity is kinda subjective, but I'll try my best.

1. Self entitlement can be seen as an immature behavior.

2. Not thinking through problems as they arise with a head on approach to the solution. (basically being obvious to important problems that would typically come in a workplace setting.)

3. Consistent goofing around when other important tasks are needed to be done.
