have to agree with @snowedin those are major ones. maturity in how they handle things is an important thing to seek for a lot of reasons. like im fun and stuff but def responsible when the time calls for it. while i dont always handle things right, i make mistakes at the end of the day- i am always willing to talk about it.

Asking for opinions, but not being able to take criticism.

Giving the silent treatment during fights.

Not addressing problems and just letting the problem become a bigger problem later on.

Tantrums when things don't go their way.

Flip-flopping strikes me as immature. A general inability to communicate strikes me as immature. A general inability to solve her own problems strikes me as immature.

A lot of the stuff that sticks out to me as red flags are things that I've seen in women I've dated and realized that I'm really basically just dealing with an adult girl who can't handle her shit.

I think maturity in a sense of being able to be mature when needed, yes, it's vital.

They don't have to be serious and boring and have no fun all the time. But there are times when mature and adult and serious are necessary.

I think you're right but I think I am more correct. Maybe they don't want to talk about it AT THAT MOMENT because they are feeling bad or something or aren't ready. There is a HUGE difference in that.

And the phone thing isn't really a big deal unless maybe it's really important that they needed to talk or it's an emergency.

Being unable to see what's wrong in the relationship and discuss it.

And yes, maturity is something very important to me. I don't want to deal with an adult who acts like a child. Also, if my partner is mature, I suppose that the relationships has higher chances of being long-lasting.

Depends really, people have different levels of maturity they develop over time. For example I'm 29, but mostly have the mental mindset of a 19 year old, also if you add autism into the equation. So really I don't have a solid answer other than being able to considerate on adult tasks, such as work or so on.

Copying fashion statements, being woke, celebrating Halloween and other pointless events, not being responsible with money. Demanding to get their own way and throwing tantrums if they don't. See that a lot with women when their bfs don't cave in into their demands.

It depends on what categories they're mature in. Being fiscally responsible, being prompt to things they're supposed to be at, loyalty, honesty, etc are things that I value in a partner. Liking to prank (within reason) or finding stupid comedy funny, or laughing at lame jokes are all good.
