I exist in California, and it's become sheer hell! Every summer this state catches fire, we have droughts that seem to go forever. People walking into backyards, going to people's front doors and knocking in middle of the night. Vehicles being stolen from front yards/driveways, ghost guns, shootings, distracted drivers hitting people while they're walking or riding their bicycles even in the bike lane. I could list even more reasons why there should be a high enough wall to protect other states from the likes of California. Add to that crime, homelessness, government handing out money to illegal aliens who don't deserve it because they don't work or pay taxes here!! I was born and raised here and quite frankly I didn't have the money to move out yet. Instead of handing over state money to people who don't fucking deserve it, California government should pay those of us who want to relocate out of the state so we can afford to leave.

You are for small government with guns everywhere so why are you complaining? You also thought killing cops and hanging Mike Pence was totally fine on January 6th.
I grew up in southern California, and while I obviously don't actually support the idea of building a wall around the state, there is certainly a lot of reason to feel that way. I watched over a period of years as the politics in California became more and more liberal. As an adult I was so fed up with it that I left and never looked back.
The state has become horribly liberal, and has been so horribly mismanaged. It breaks my heart to see how it has become so unlivable for people and so incredibly unfriendly for business that both have been leaving in droves for other states.

And true to form, California liberal law makers twice proposed laws (AB 2088 and AB 310) to continue taxing individuals who leave the state FOR TEN YEARS AFTER THEY LEAVE. It's pure insanity.
California is on the cutting edge of the kind of politics that are destroying America.
I lived in San Francisco for a little while and besides the high prices, I really enjoyed it. People were really health conscious and were generally pretty chill. I never really saw anything you mentioned but there are a lot of homeless people. Most of them were also pretty chill and kept to themselves.
Where do people live in California where this happens often? I drove up and down and I never saw anything like that. I'm not doubting that there's an issue with drugs just like the rest of the country.

Yes, let's build a wall around all the blues states, in fact, and make sure none of the money crosses that wall unless it is earned. And none of the people cross it unless they agree to live by blue state rules. Dont like pot? Off you go. Don't like atheists? There's the gate, it opens fast. Don't like abortions? Too bad, get the fuck out. Don't like public education? There's a whole bus line that doesn't even stop at the wall, it just drives right passed, and there's a seat for you, get on it. Don't like cooperation and acceptance? Great, demonstrate your nonacceptance of us be leaving as fast as your legs will carry you. We'll happily return the favor of accepting the refugees of the fallout from far right bullshit.
Cali has become a shit hole and it wasn't perfect when I lived there from the 80's and into 2001. The government somehow gets voted for and for some reason questioning if it's rigged is a big no no... so that must be what they want. I'm just glad I am out of that shit hole. I lived in Hollywood so you know I've seen the worst of the worst. Shitting and pissing in the streets and the whole 9 yards.

Definitely, California is the cancer of the nation. The people flee from it and spread their shitty politics like a disease. They run from thier terrible state and immediately start trying to change the place they move to into the same shit they just fled from.

I can't wait for Trump to win, so he can put them out the country.

The wall has proven to be ineffective on keeping out illegal immigrants. I personally don't understand why people are so worked up about them since most of them take up Jobs that most people don't want. The war on drugs just made things worst.
California's economy is so huge that if California was its own nation it would be the 5th largest economy in the world.
That should be part of a peaceful partition of the US into two separate countries.
