The term "propaganda" is one of those words that are imprecise, subjectively interpreted, and often misused by those with an agenda to push. People shouldn't be promoting "lifestyles" anyway; just live your life the way you think best, and just leave everyone else alone to live theirs.

Anyway, Putin is a complete and utter lunatic, and most Russians don't like him. Because of him and his crooked, kleptocratic regime, LGBT aren't the only groups that have been banned; Christians who don't follow the Orthodox Church (ex. Jehovah's Witnesses) are persecuted as well.
