What is a reliable source of news that’s not far right or far left?

Yes we all know that there are extremes and people are out to harm on both sides. But what is one source of news you rely on and is it moderately conservative or liberal?

Drudge Report is pretty straight up (even though constantly classified as conservative) because it’s basically a third party site. It lists all of the national and world headlines and provides several different media sources behind those stories. I view the site as pretty “matter of fact” or neutral.

I prefer to research a variety of sources, rather than rely on one outlet 100%.

I'll usually start with The Hill, Newsweek, or Associated Press.

Then I'll check NBC, CBS, or CNN. If I read CNN, though, I'll balance it out with Fox. I know those are both biased as hell, so getting the story from both usually helps weed out the truth from the BS.

I feel like the local/ non commercial public radio stations combined with npr aren’t as terrible as the mainstream sources

I mostly watch Fox but realize it is slanted against democrats.

My dad does the same thing. Tonight his only political comment was we are in a rescission despite what the administration tries to spin. Guessing that was a topic on fox today if he brought it up.

The definition od a recession is negative growth for two consecutive quarters. the numbers don't lie. Biden gets up in front of the whole country and says we are not in a recession.
The numbers don't lie but Biden does.

One liberal/ one right leaning. And they report on all type news.


Breaking points is kind good news but they clearly about the money and have bias
