The only other video I have seen of this involved a bunch of guys whacking the guy with the ax in the head BEFORE he went and got the ax.

So that raises the question... who attacked who?

I heard that the other guys attacked him when he was assaulting a women in the store, but I don't know the details.

In some cases I think he would have been justified in what he did, but I doubt this was one of those cases. However, not knowing all the facts, I don't know for sure this guy was in the wrong. Although I am betting he was.

If he was, what is even worse is that the STUPID DEMOCRAT PROSECUTORS IN NEW YORK let him go! That is FUCKING CRAZY.

I am surprised they aren't screaming for ax control laws.

The Democrats are far more dangerous than this guy.

I agree there are a lot of missing pieces in the videos that were shown to the public. I mean I THINK that they guy with the ax is the criminal and the other guys were probably trying to help this girl. But from the videos I have seen, I have no way of being sure of that. I am pretty sure there were plenty of witnesses who saw the whole thing and probably the other guys were the good guys... but you can't tell from the videos they are showing to the public... at least not the ones I saw.

Also, Mcdonalds has the right to refuse entrance to anybody (bathroom related or not). He also admits that he was drinking and the news lady claims he threw the first punch that then involved the three individuals to attack him.

All that being said, my ultimate "thoughts" is that NYC is a literal trash pit of a city. I have sympathy for the people who are born in NYC but not the people who actively choose to move there.
